The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the

respondent no. 1 Board of Revenue U.P. at Allahabad to decide

the Revision No. 2652 of 2018, Compterized suit No.

AL2018242002652 (Phool Singh Vs. Gaon Sabha) under

Section 67 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 within some

specific period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without

expressing any opinion on the merit of the issue, the present

petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the

respondent no. 1 Board of Revenue U.P. at Allahabad to decide
