The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with

the following prayers :-

"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari

to quash the impugned letter/order dated 24.11.2015 passed by

the Branch Manager State Bank of India Berdad, Gorakhpur,

(B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus

commanding the respondent Bank to sanction the loan

according to the Government of India scheme known as Prime

Minister's Employment Generation Programme by following

the direction of the Reserve Bank of India.
