1. This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has

been filed challenging judgement and order dated 09.02.2007 passed by

Central Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as Tribunal) in

Original Application (hereinafter referred to as O.A.) No.885 of 2005

(Ram Kishan Vs. Union of India and others) whereby Tribunal has

dismissed above O.A. filed by applicant-petitioner. Challenge is also to

order dated 01.10.2007 whereby Tribunal has dismissed Review

Application No. 27 of 2007 filed by applicant-petitioner against order

dated 09.02.2007. Lastly, order dated 08.02.2005 passed by respondent-3,

Divisional Railway Manager, NCR (hereinafter referred to as 'DRM,

NCR') Jhansi whereby representation field by applicant-petitioner has

been rejected has also been impugned.
