This substitution application has been moved on behalf of

Smt. Kuldeep wife of Late Deepak Kumar sole proprietor

of M/s Gayatri Pariwar Services, Dealer of Hindustan

Petroleum Corporation Ltd., petitioner No.1 for

substituting her as sole proprietor of petitioner No.1, in

place of Deepak Kumar. The substitution application is

supported by an affidavit of one Mukesh, employee of the

petitioner firm. For the reasons given in the accompanying

affidavit, substitution application is allowed.

Let name of Smt. Kuldeep be substituted as a sole

proprietor of M/s Gayatri Pariwar Services, Dealer of

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., petitioner No.1.
