Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Km. Meena, learned AGA

for the State and Sri Ashutosh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the

complainant.

Applicant has moved the present third bail application seeking bail

in Case Crime No.1103 of 2015 u/s 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 DP Act

PS Tajganj District Agra. The first and second bail applications were

rejected by this Court vide orders dated 5.5.2017 and 12.1.2018

respectively.

Contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that even

though it is correct to say that applicant is the husband but

subsequent to rejection of the second bail application, the doctor has

been examined and in his statement he has categorically stated that

"mritaka ke sharir par aur kisi prakar koi chot nahi thi aur kisi

parakar ke sandharya ke koi sabut bhi nahi paye gaye the. Yah sahi

hai ki case hanging ka hai aur yah aatmhatya ho sakta hain. Dande se
