Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the

appellant on the application seeking leave to appeal against

the judgment dated 07.07.2018/09.07.2018, passed by

Additional Session Judge, Court No.10, Ghaziabad, in Session

Trial No.1550 of 2014, arising out of Case Crime No. 1917 of

2013, under Sections 307, 328, 504, 506, IPC, Police Station

Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad, by means of which the present

accused-respondents namely Ghanshyam Vasisthya and Arun

Vasisthya, have been acquitted of the offences under Sections

307, 328, 504, 506, IPC, whereas the other two accused

namely Sudhir Vasisthya and Smt. Rammurti, have been

convicted and sentenced under Sections 307 and 328 IPC. In

the present case we have concerned only with the accused-

respondents namely Ghanshyam Vasisthya and Arun

Vasisthya, who have been acquitted.
