Service upon opposite party no.2 was effected on 30.08.2017

through process of Court regarding which there is a report from

the CJM, Jaunpur dated 09.09.2017 and an office report dated

12.10.2017 saying that in compliance of order dated 05.09.2017

service of notice has been personally effected upon opposite

party no.2.

The aforesaid service is good service and held sufficient.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2.

This is an appeal under Section 14A(2) of Scheduled Caste and

Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989

(hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') against the judgement and

order of the Special Judge, SC/ST Act/Additional Sessions

Judge Court No.4, Jaunpur, passed in Bail Application No.26 of

2017 (Chanchal Pal V. State of U.P.)-arising out of Case Crime

No.309 of 2016, under Sections 376D, 504, 506 I.P.C. and

Sections 3(1)(ii) and 3(2)(5) of S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Baksha,
