1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Chandra Shekher Pandey, learned counsel for the Central Pollution Control Board, Shri Ashok Verma, learned counsel appearing for U.P. Pollution Control Board and Shri Nishant Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

After hearing the parties and going through the record, what comes out is that by means of this petition the petitioner has challenged two orders, one is dated 12.08.2021 by which closure of the petitioner’s industrial unit was ordered and environmental compensation of Rs.14,20,000/- was imposed accordingly.
