3. This application has been filed with the following prayer:-

"To quash the entire criminal proceedings of S.T. No. 1030 of 2024 arising out of F.I.R. No. 331 of 2023 u/s 147, 341, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Mohanganj, District- Amethi and summoning order dated 10.09.2024."

4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.1 is running a pharmacy shop. The complainant of the present case alongwith others visited the said shop, started blackmailing and then assaulted him. The applicant no.1 received injuries in the incident. In this regard, the applicant no.1 made a complaint and on the basis of his complaint, F.I.R. No. 325 of 2023 u/s 147, 504, 323, 452, 427, 506 I.P.C. was lodged on 02.1
