Criminal Case No. 1221/2010 (Manoj Kumar Singh v. Saimuddin) by which the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has allowed the protest petition filed by the complainant against the final report submitted by the Investigating Officer (Inspector, CBCID) in case Crime No. 439/2005, under S.51 Wild Life Protection Act and ordered for re - investigation of the case.
