1. Heard Mr. Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Deepak Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State and Mr. Ashish Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant.

2. By means of this application under S.439 of CrPC, applicant - Ravi Singh, who is involved in Case Crime No. 177 of 2024, under S.498A, 304 - B IPC and Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police - Station Madanapur, District Shahjahanpur, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial.

3. Brief facts of the case, which are required to be stated are as under: -
3.1. Earlier, Smt. Swati (now deceased) during her lifetime had lodged an F.I.R. No. 198 dated 18.09.2022 for the offence under S.498A, S.323, S.504, S.312 IPC and Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act against her in - laws including the applicant (husband of deceased).
