State of U.P. and another) arising out of summoning order dated 29.5.2025/26.6.2025, passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Saharanpur in Complaint Case No. 2000 of 2025 (Satish Kumar Saini Vs. Kehar Singh and others), under Sections 420, 406, 323, 506 IPC, Police Station Fatehpur, Saharanpur.
