2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the reference order dated 29.9.2025 passed by respondent no.4 under Sub-section (2) of Section 17 of the Working Journalists and Other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955.
