The petitioner Shivram, who is the husband of the fourth respondent Pinki suffers from the holier-than-thou syndrome. He thinks himself to be a crusader against all immoralities in society. During the course of hearing, he has come up with the most scurrilous allegations against his wife and daughters, imputing immoralities to them. We have had the advantage speaking to the fourth respondent, his wife and the two daughters. The petitioner, his wife and the children are a broken family. In order to give the family a chance to reunite and amicably sort out their differences, we directed this matter to be placed before the Allahabad High Court, Mediation and Conciliation Centre,
