Instant criminal appeal, under Section 14-A(1) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, has been preferred against the order dated 26/03/2026 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Sitapur in Criminal Miscellaneous Case No.75 of 2026, CIS No.127 of 2026, Smt. Sushila versus Fahimuddin Ansari, on application under Section 173(4) BNSS filed by defacto complainant respondent no.2, whereby the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act has directed the SHO, Tambour, District, Sitapur, to register FIR under the appropriate sections and investigate the case according to the law.
