3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 10.5.2002 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Lucknow Division, Lucknow contained in Annexure No.3 to this writ petition.
