ORDER

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.M.Chalapathi Rao, as well as learned counsel for the respondent Mr.A.Syamsundar Reddy.

This Transfer C.M.P. is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure (in short ‘CPC’) seeking transfer of O.S.No.27 of 2021 from the file of VI Additional District Judge – cum – Family Court, Kadapa, to any other Court of competent jurisdiction at Kadapa District headquarters by setting aside the order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Tr.O.P.No.37 of 2023 by Principal District Judge, Kadapa.

3. The case of the petitioner in brief is that he filed O.S.No.27 of 2021 on the file of VI Additional District Judge – cum – Family Court, Kadapa, for specific performance of suit agreement of sale with alternative relief of refund of sale consideration paid by him with a relief of declaration that registered sale deed executed by R1 in favour of R2 and R3 as null and void and for permanent injunction, wherein he filed petition seeking for temporary injunction and the same was allowed on contest. Aggrieved by the temporary injunction granted in favour of the petitioner, respondents have filed C.M.A.No.32 of 2022 before this Cour
