ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents especially Respondents No.2 to 4 in not taking any action pursuant to the representation dated 13.09.2024 for providing police protection to the petitioner while attending the court proceedings in C.C.No.850 of 2022 pending on the file Hon’ble Addl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anantapuram and Proceedings in F.C.O.P No.46 of 2023 on the file of Family Court cum VII Additional District Judge, Anantapuram as being arbitrary, illegal, unfair and violative of Article 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 herein to provide police protection to the petitioner herein from the respondents No.5 to 11 while attending the court proceedings in C.C No.850 of 2022 pending on the file Hon’ble Addl. Judicial Magistrate Of First Class, Anatapuram and Proceedings in F.C.O.P No.46 of 2023 on the file of Family Court cum VII Additional District Judge, Anantapuram and to pass… ”
