COMMON ORDER:

1. The present Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the Orders dated 22.12.2022 passed in I.A.Nos.1991 & 1992 of 2018 respectively in O.S.No.90 of 2016 by the XI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gudiwada, Krishna District.

2. The Petitioners are the legal representatives of the deceased Defendant No.1. The suit O.S.No.90 of 2016 was filed by the Respondent No.1 herein/Plaintiff seeking for declaration of title over the suit schedule property by virtue of a Will dated 10.12.191 and for consequential relief of permanent injunction. During the pendency of the suit, the Defendant No.1 had expired on 15.10.2017. A Memo was filed into the Court on 31.10.2017 bringing it to the notice of the Court about the death of the Defendant No.1. However, no steps were taken to bring the legal representatives of the Defendant No.1 on record and the suit was dismissed against the Defendant No.1 on 13.06.2018, as abated. The Petitioners through their G.P.A holder filed the I.As to implead them as party-defendants in the suit and permit the G.P.A holder by name Kanuri Satish Chandra Rao to represent them in the suit.
