ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…. to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not releasing the bill amount of Rs.4,32,223/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Three only) even after finalizing the bill under MGNREGS for execution of work for Construction of Anganwadi Building at Kalavalla-3 S.C of Kalavalla Gramapanchayat and village in V.V. Palem Mandal of SPSR Nellore District Old Prakasam Covered by MGNREGS and DMF-Part-B Grant which is illegal irregular arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and also violative of the principles of natural justice consequently direct the respondents to pay bill amount of Rs.4,32,223/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Three only) to the petitioner with the interest of 18percent immediately and pass….”
