COMMON ORDER :

As the issue involved in these civil revision petitions is one and the same, these matters are taken up together for disposal by this Common Order.

2. These two Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the order dated 08.02.2019 passed in I.A.No.1104 of 2018 in O.S.No.75 of 2011 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District.

3. Heard Mr. Thota Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. T.S. Rayalu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. The petitioners herein are the plaintiffs in the main suit in O.S.No.75 of 2011 invoked provisions of Order VII Rule 14 CPC, Order 26 Rule 10 CPC and under Section 151 CPC with a common prayer to receive a document described as sale deed cum registered General Power of Attorney dated 4.6.2009 executed by the plaintiffs 1 to 3 along with the husband of 1st plaintiff in favour of one Talisetty Srinivasa Rao duly selling away the Ac 1.00 cents of land in D.No.17 situated at Pedagarlapadu village.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the main suit was filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs for partition of suit schedule properties to be divided among themselves and
