O R D E R:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer DOP.No.21 of 2022 on the file of the District Judge at Ongole to the Court of XIV Additional District Judge-cum- Additional Family Judge at Vijayawada.

2) Heard both the learned counsel and perused the record.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is wife and the respondent is husband. Their marriage was solemnized on 18.02.2021. Thereafter, due to some disputes, she filed a complaint under Section 498-A of IPC and Sec.3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and filed FCOP

No.195 of 2022, on the file of the XIV Additional District Judge- cum-Additional Family Judge at Vijayawada, seeking maintenance and also filed DVC case against the respondent. Pursuant to the filing of the above said cases, the respondent filed D.O.P.No.21 of 2022, on the file of the District Judge at Ongole, seeking divorce.

4) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is completely being dependant on her parents for her livelihood. As such, it is very difficult to her to travel from Vijayawada to Ongole to attend the Court. Apart from that
