ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“…..to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not removing the dwelling units / house sites / lands of the petitioners from the prohibitory list issued under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908, thereby preventing the petitioners from exercising their alienation rights accrued vide regularization pattas issued in terms of G.O.Ms.No.296 Revenue Assn I dated 12.08.2015 as being illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to delete the land to an extent of 96.88 Sq.yds in Sy.No 40/36751 of Chinagadili Village, Visakhapatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District from the prohibitory list published under Section 22A (1) (a) of the Registration Act 1908, direct the 4th and 5th respondents to receive and register the documents executed in respect of the land to an extent of 96.88 Sq.yds in Sy.No. 40/36751 of Chinagadili Village Visakhapatnam Mandal Visakhapatnam District and pass such order or further orders ...”
