ORDER :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:-

“to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in not regularizing the services of the Petitioner as Guest Faculty in English Language Lab Instructor and trying the replace the petitioner with another temporary Guest Faculty and orally directing the petitioner not to attend for work as arbitrary illegal inviolation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to regularize the services of the Petitioner as Guest Faculty in English Language Lab Instructor and pay the regular payscale attached to the post on par with the regular Faculty and to pass other or further orders…….”

2. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was appointed as Lab Instructor to maintain the computer lab and to teach Non Core paper “Functional English” in the Department of English.
