ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

“…….pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing any of the pensionary benefits to the petitioner despite the orders in W.P.No.6002 of 2020, Dt.05.03.2020 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from violation of the provisions of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 and consequently direct the respondents to release pension and all other retirement benefits including commutation of pension to the petitioner forthwith and pass…….”

2. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that he was allowed to retire from service in the category of Assistant Prohibition & Excise Superintendent pending the Charge Memo in TEC No.220 of 2013 pertaining to the incident related to the year 2012 (liquor syndicate cases). As per G.O.Ms.No.679, General Administration (Services-C) Department, dated 01.11.2008, the Government has fixed a maximum time limit of six (06) months for conclusion of the disciplinary procee
