ORDER:
1. This criminal petition under sections 480 and 483 of the BNS S is filed by the petitioner/A2 to grant regular bail in connection with Crime No.382 of 2024 of Kancharapalem Police Station of Visakhapatnam Commissionerate for the offences punishable under Sections 109 , 308(5) , 318(4), 131 , 127(2) , 351(2) , 61(2) BNS , 67A IT Act -2000-2008.
2. Heard arguments of Sri Balaji Medamalli, the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent/State.
3. The petitioner herein is A2. He was arrested on 20.10.2024 and thereafter, was remanded to judicial custody. Before learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam, he prayed for regular bail in Crl.M.P.No.2711 of 2024. The learned Judge dismissed the application recording that investigation was under progress and it was not safe to grant bail at that stage. That made the petitioner to move before this court.
