The present revision is filed against the order dated 17.10.2022 in I.A.No.2274 of 2022 in I.A.No.916 of 2022 in O.S.No.90 of 2022 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Puttur.

2. The petitioner is the defendant. The suit O.S.No.90 of 2022 was filed by the respondent/plaintiff seeking permanent injunction against the petitioner/defendant with regard to the suit schedule properties i.e. ‘A’ Schedule property consisting of an extent of Ac.0.38 cents in Sy.No.113/19 of Nennuru Grama Panchayat, Ramachandra Puram Mandal, Tirupati District and ‘B’ Schedule property consisting of same extent i.e. Ac.0.38 cents in Sy.No.113/9 of same village. The petitioner/defendant filed written statement disputing the identity of the ‘B’ schedule property and that the documents of the property are not connected with the ‘B’ schedule property. As per the petitioner/defendant, plaint ‘B’ schedule property is not in the Sy.No.113/19, but it is in Sy.No.109/1 of Nennur Village. The defendant also filed an application I.A.No.916 of 2022 to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for the purpose of localization and identification of the disputing 'B’ schedule property.
