2. The prayer made in the Writ Petition is as under:

“Hence it is prayed that this Hon’ble court may pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the 3rd & 4th respondents to receive the property tax for the years 2015-16 for assessment No.521 and D.No.2-150 in PL Puram Gram Panchayat, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and also for future years whenever house tax due arises from the petitioner as the petitioner is legally bound to pay the house tax and refusing to receive the house tax by the 3rd and 4th respondents for the aforesaid property without assigning any reason whatsoever and especially when there is no injunction or any other order restraining the Gram Panchayat by any civil court or any authority from receiving the house tax from the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the c
