Ever since, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The Form-1B (ROR) dated 10.08.2016 discloses the name of the petitioner for the subject land in an extent of Ac. 6.99 cents in Sy.no. 662. But suddenly in Form- 1B (ROR) dated 22.03.2021, it is shown as Ac. 5.98 cents in the name of the petitioner in the above said survey number of the said village. Similarly, the Pahani copy dated 22.03.2021 discloses the name of the petitioner only for an extent of Ac. 5.98 cents in the above said survey number of the said village by showing another Ac. 1.14 cents in the name of one Ganjiboina Srinivasa Rao in the above said survey number of the said village. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner gave a representation through Spandana Programme in the office of the 2nd respondent vide request No. GNT202108023102 dated 02.08.2021. Though the 4th respondent is the competent authority, he has not considered the same so far.

4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the 4th respondent will dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021 by following the due procedure.

5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021 for correction of revenue records with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac. 6.99 cents in Sy.No. 662 of Krosuru Village, Krosuru Mandal, Guntur District strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of this order. After hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioner herein, upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on the request made by the petitioner on its own merits.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
