Order:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners herein, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.353 of 2022 of Nellore Rural Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Gaming Act.

2. Heard learned counsel of the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners while placing reliance on the decision of this Court in D.Krishna Kumar And Anr.vs State of A.P.1 dated 05.09.2002, submits that the matter is squarely covered by the said decision and the present Criminal Petition deserves to be allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners herein.

4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor fairly submits that the matter is covered by the order passed by this Court in D.Krishna Kumar And Anr.vs State of A.P.2 dated 05.09.2002.

5. Since the present case is squarely covered by the decision in D.Krishna Kumar And Anr.vs State of A.P.3 dated 05.09.2002, for the reasons therein, the Criminal Petition is allowed, quashing the
