ORDER:

The short grievance of the petitioner is that, the unofficial respondents have encroached land in Sy.No.635 and also unauthorizedly and illegally formed layout in Sy.No.650/1 of Koduru (West) Revenue Village of Railway Koduru Mandal in Annamayya District which is the Tank Poramboke (Gunjana River) and the authorities did not take any action in spite of making a representation through Spandana dated 30.05.2023 about the illegal acts of the respondents 9 to 14.

2. Heard Smt. P.Archana, learned counsel, representing Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri E.Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
