The above contempt case is filed complaining of non-implementation of interim order, dated 07.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.17173 of 2024.

2. W.P.No.17173 of 2024 is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not appointing the petitioner as Executive Officer Grade-III, by transfer of service from the cadre of Junior Assistant, Endowment Institutions, West Godavari District, as per G.O.Ms.No.262, Revenue (Endowment-I)

Department dated 20.05.2022, as illegal and arbitrary.

By way of interim order, dated 07.08.2024, this Court directed learned respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 04.09.2023 and 06.11.2023 made by the petitioner and pass a speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Complaining violation of said order, the above contempt case is filed.

4. Today, when the matter is listed, Ms. A. Vasavi, learned counsel representing Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that a speaking order was passed vide Rc.No.E2/15021/252/2024 dated 14.10.2024, rejecting the petitioner’s request for transfer.
