ORDER:

This Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

“….to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the proceeding No. DO/ CGM/ BSK /DA /VIG / 7949/2284/2012-13 dated 07.07.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent imposing the punishment of dismissal from service is illegal arbitrarily and violative of rules of Indian Overseas Bank Officer Employees Discipline and Appeal Regulations 1976 and declaring the proceedings of Appellate Authority is illegal arbitrary and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondent to pay back wages to the petitioner from the date of suspension i.e., 09.30.2013 till 28.02.2018 with promotional monetary benefit i.e, in Scale V till the end of 2015 and in scale VI till the end of the 2017 and in Scale VII the date of retirement and pension & Other retirement benefits from 01.03.2018 onwards till the disposal of the case...”

2. The petitioner herein has worked as a Senior Manager I Line of SCHO, Kothagudem branch from 19.05.2009 to 09.07.2011; thereafter he was promoted to Scale-IV as Chief Manager and was posted to Rajahmundry Bra
