W.P.No.5532 of 2012 is filed seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the proceedings in Rc.F.No.1034/2008, dt.12-11-2008 passed by the 3rd respondent and the consequential proceedings No.Rc.CS2/5089/2008, dt.15-10-2011 and proceedings No.Rc.CS2/3199/2011, dt.18-02-2012 passed by the Respondent No.2 and 1 respectively are illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Essential Commodities Act and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
b. W.P.No.10292 of 2006 is filed seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the proceedings Rc.F/2572/2005, dt.09-08-2005 issued by the 3rd respondent and consequential proceedings in Rc.CS2/3589/2005, dt.09-11-2005 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of
