O R D E R:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP No.84 of 2020 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Markapur, Prakasam District, and transfer the same to the Court of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, to try along with MC No.17 of

2020 and DVC No.18 of 2020.

2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondent and perused the record.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is wife and the respondent is husband. Unable to bear the harassment in the hands of the respondent, the petitioner filed MC.No.17 of 2020 before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District. The petitioner also filed DVC No.18 of 2020 before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.

4) Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondent filed HMOP No.84 of 2020 before the Senior Civil Judge, Markapur, Prakasam District, for dissolution of marriage. The petitioner is residing at Achampet Village and Mandal, Guntur District. Being a woman, it is very difficult for her to attend the Court at Markapur, on every date of adjourn
