ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“to issue appropriate order, writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 5 and 6 in not deleting the land admeasuring Ac.0.36 cents in survey No.753/1E; Ac.0.36 cents in survey No.753/1D; Ac.0.36 cents in survey No.753/1C and Ac.0.11 cents in survey No.753/1B of Bommaiahgaripalle, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District, belonging to petitioners 1 to 4 respectively, from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908 in spite of letter addressed by the competent revenue authority viz. 2nd respondent – District Collector vide ROC.REV-FSEC/139/2018-JA(F4)-COLCTR, dated

15.07.2019 to 5th respondent-District Registrar as illegal, arbitrary..”
