ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The Writ Petition is being disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both sides counsel.

The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents, more particularly respondents 2 & 3 in not considering the applications made by the petitioners vide Application Nos.TARMUI012005994000 dated 21.12.2020; TARMU012208492934 dated 17.03.2022 & MUT220907085564 (TMUT220907085564) dated 07.09.2022 respectively in Form-6A for recording the name of the petitioners in Revenue Records, Adangal, 1B Namoona (ROR) & in web land portal, for issuing Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed for the land in an extent of Ac.0.20 cents out of Ac.0.25 cents in Re-survey No.299-2 RU in Kanchikacherla Village & Mandal, NTR District, as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Articles 14 & 300-A of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the applications made by the petitioners in respect of the subject matter property and to pass such other orders.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioners sought to advance arguments with reference to the averments made in the Writ Affidavit, it is pointed out by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the petitioners instead of making any appropriate application through Mee Seva appears to have made representations only to the 3rd respondent and the relief sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the learned counsel for petitioners states that the petitioners would make appropriate applications through Mee Seva and on making such applications the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the same, by stipulating some time limit.
5. Considering the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, leaving it open to the petitioners to make appropriate application through online for mutation of the subject matter properties in favour of the petitioners. In the event of the petitioners making any application, the 3rd respondent shall take necessary action on the same, strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as also the applicable Rules made there under, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
