The short grievance of the petitioners in these writ petitions is that the lands assigned to them by the Government have been resumed for foreshore submersion of Somasila/Telugu Ganga projects and though they are entitled to get compensation based on the market value of their resumed assigned lands along with other benefits as per the decision of the Larger Bench of this Court in LAO-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, Domalguda, Hyderabad and others vs. Mekala
