ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of an interlocutory order dated 28.11.2017 in I.A.No.593 of 2017 in O.S.No.160 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Guntur.

2. The plaintiff had filed O.S.No.160 of 2015 before the IV Additional District Judge, Guntur for permanent injunction against the defendants with regard to the plaint schedule properties consisting of item Nos.1 to 13.

3. The case of the plaintiff is that the father of the petitioner late Gadde Rama Swamy and husband of respondent No.1 had purchased several properties with the income of ancestral and joint family properties and that he was the Manager of the Hindu Joint Family consisting of the plaintiff and his deceased brother. The late Gadde Rama Swamy had acquired several properties in addition to ancestral properties at several places namely Malkapuram, Jammavaram, Veerulapadu Mandal and Vijayawada in the individual names of the family members with the income derived out of the joint family properties. The said sites were purchased in the individual names only with an intention to treat them as their separate properties and to be enjoyed separately.
