ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of Indian seeking the following relief:-
“to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in receiving and registering a Cancellation Deed bearing Document No. 6675 of 2015 dated 29.04.2015 said to have been executed by Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 cancelling the Sale Deed bearing Document No.8048 of 2007 dated 01.11.2007 executed by the 7th respondent in favour of the 1st Petitioner though they are not parties to the said Sale Deed without issuing any notice to the petitioners and action of the 6th Respondent in issuing auction notification dated 10.07.2016 as arbitrary, illegal without jurisdiction and contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and rules made thereunder and in utter violation of well settled principles of natural justice….”
2. When the matter was taken up for admission on 22.07/2016, this Court has passed the following orders:-
