ORDER
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ; (i) declare the proceedings No.P2/255(4)/2016-WM/VZM, dated 22.10.2016 in recovering the amounts Rs.90,210/- payment of Pay+D.A.+HRA and Rs.9,592/- payment of PF is illegal, arbitrary and unjust; (ii) and consequently set aside the same; (iii) further direct the Respondents to continue to pay two additional graduation increments as per Petitioners entitlement; (iv) and release all the consequential benefits; (v) and pass such order or other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard Sri V.Padmanabha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
3. The facts of the case are that the petitioner joined as Junior Assistant in the respondents’ corporation with graduation qualification on 16.03.1989 on regular basis.
