O R D E R:

This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 652 days in filing the appeal against the decree and order, dated 08.01.2018 in M.V.O.P.No.143 of 2014, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-

XIV Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the material available on record.

3) The petitioner is the Insurance Company/Appellant and the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are the petitioners/claimants in M.V.O.P.No.143 of 2014. The parties hereinafter will be referred to as arrayed in the MVOP.

4) Brief facts of the case are that:

i) The claimants filed M.V.O.P.No.143 of 2014, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XIV Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, claiming compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- for the death of the deceased (i.e.) Papaganti Venkateswarlu, due to injuries alleged to have been sustained by him in an accident occurred on 12.06.2014. The 1st claimant is the wife and the claimant Nos.2 and 3 are the parents of the deceased.
