ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

<…..to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not deleting the land from the prohibited list and the action of the 6th respondent in refusing to register the houses in Survey No.55 of Mulagada Village, Visakhapatnam Urban Mandal, Visakhapatnam District belonging to the petitioners regularized by the Government in terms of G.O.Ms.No.296 dated 12.08.2015 inspite of Memo No.20021/83/Assign-1/2018 dated 30.08.2019 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 to 6 to delete the land from prohibited list and to entertain the documents for registration and pass such other or further orders ...=

The case of petitioners in brief is that, the petitioners are in possession of small extents of plots in Survey No.55, Munaga, Visakhapatnam Urban Mandal, Visakhapatnam District by constructing houses and residing therein.
