COMMON ORDER:
The Petitioners in both cases preferred the above petitions challenging the very same Order dated 11.02.2022 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.34 of 2020 on the file of the Court of XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nandigama, Krishna District, granting maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month to the wife.
2. For the sake of convenience and better understanding, wife be referred as the Petitioner and husband be referred as Respondent or interchangeably, in the present order.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the marriage of the Respondent took place on 30.03.1991 and the couple were blessed with two female children out of their wedlock. It is stated that the Wife was necked out from the matrimonial house and she preferred M.C.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum- Additional Junior Civil Judge, Jaggaiahpet. On the other hand, husband filed divorce petition H.M.O.P.No.77 of 2004 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda, on the grounds of cruelty, desertion and adultery.
