ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner and his wife are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property to an extent of Ac.0.04 cents in Sy.No.147/5A in Elaprolu village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Krishna District since 20 years by constructing iron sheet house in the said land and raising cattle and buffalo for their livelihood. When the respondent authorities attempted to demolish the petitioner’s house under the notice dated 14.07.2022 issued by the 7th respondent stating that the subject land is classified as “Gramakantam land”, the petitioner made a representation dated 11.08.2022 requesting to regularize the said land. As the authority has not taken into consideration the said representation, the petitioner filed W.P.No.25245/2022 whereas the Vice President of Gram Panchayat and other filed W.P.No.6916/2022 against the petitioner stating that, the petitioner has encroached Gramakantam land illegally by constructing house.
