JUDGMENT:

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the order dated 28.06.2022 passed in I.A.No.152 of 2021 in S.O.P No.279 of 2021 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Guntur (for short “the Court below”).

2. The appellant herein is the 2nd defendant/2nd respondent and the respondent No.1 is the plaintiff/petitioner and respondent No.2 herein is the 1st defendant/1st respondent in SOP No.279 of 2021 before the Court below and respondent No.3 herein is impleaded as per Court order dated 13.09.2023 vide I.A No.3 of 2023. The impugned application in I.A No.152 of 2021 has been filed by the plaintiff under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 and Section 151 of CPC for grant of temporary injunction against the respondents/defendants before the Court below.
