Heard Sri Anudeep Nalluri, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri K.P.S.Sailesh Reddy, learned Counsel for the Petitioner; Sri T.Sanjeev Rao, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri J.Dileep learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri Shaik Omer Qaiyun, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Shaik Khaja Basha, learned Counsel for respondent No.6.

2. Sri T.Sanjeev Rao, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri J.Dileep learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 has submitted Written Instructions furnished by the District Registrar, Ongole dated 15.04.2025 along with Photocopy of the List of Prohibited Properties relating to Ongole Rural.

3. Copy of it supplied to the learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner. The same is taken on record.

4. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder:

“I invite your kind attention to the subject and reference cited, In pursuance of the reference 2^nd cited, the C.E.O. of State Waqf Board issued de-notification proceedings to Sy.No.141 of Ongole (rural) with an extent of Ac.20.68 Cents. It is to submit that, the Commissioner & Inspector General (R & S), Tadepalli has instructed to take necessary action vide reference 3^rd cited. In view of the instructions issued by the Commissioner & Inspector General (R & S), Tadepalli, this office addressed a letter to the District Collector & Magistrate, Prakasam vide reference 4^th cited. In obedience to the above instructions, the Sy.No.141 of Ongole (rural) with an extent of Ac.20.68 Cents is deleted from the prohibited properties list. I herewith submit copy of the prohibitory property list and de-notified prohibited property list for the Sy.No.141 of Ongole (rural).”

5. The above Written Instructions would indicate that the land of an extent of Ac.20.68 Cents in Sy.No.141 of Ongole (rural) has been de-notified (deleted) from the prohibited properties list.

6. Having taken note of the above Written Instructions, this Court is of the opinion that the Order of this Court dated

22.08.2024 in WP No.18424 of 2024 has been complied with.

7. This Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.

8. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
