The interim order, dated 24.06.2022, directing the handover of the gold items 1 to 9 and TIS shall be returned to the petitioner who is wife of R2/AO towards interim custody on her executing a self bond for Rs.25,33,877-00 with one surety or two sureties equally as per gold rate of each gram Rs.4,745/- prevailing as on that day, which comes to 25,38,877-00, and not to change physical features of gold items and other directions, are stayed. J Post after Summer Vacation, 2025." .
