The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in trying to construct sewerage canal over the petitioner’s land admeasuring 254.58 square yards in Sy.No.197/4 of Kanur Gram Panchayat, Tadigadapa Municipality, NTR District, without issuing any proceedings, for acquiring the same.

2. Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned counsel representing Smt. V. Sirisha Rani learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the respondents are executing works to form 1.20 meters width CC drain in the place of existing 1.80 meters width katcha drain and that the petitioner’s property is not affected in any manner.

3. In view of the aforesaid written instructions and statement made, as the petitioner’s property is not affected in any manner, the Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
