ORDER

“Sri Gudapati Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that irregularities had occurred in issuance of house sites which are issued in the year 2007 and that the enquiry is being conducted.

Be that as it may, without issuing any notice to the petitioners, the respondents shall not initiate any steps for dispossessing the petitioners from their house sites. a There shall be a direction to the respondents to maintain status-quo in so far as the possession of the house sites of the petitioners are concerned in Sy.Nos.1769 & 1770, admeasuring to an extent of Ac.7.97 cents in Kadiri Town, Sri Satya Sai District. The petitioners possession shall not be disturbed without following due procedure of law.

Counters to be filed.

Post the matter on 30.06.2025.”
